Make an Epiphone Hummingbird more like a Gibson?

Want to buy my dad an Epiphone H-bird for his birthday which is future. He and I are new to the guitar, but I think we can perhaps come to a parent child activity / this. I bought an Ibanez RG1570 Prestige learn. However, if I understand it is the H-bird Gibson is more than $ 3,500 and "blows the other by water "with their sound, but is there a way to shut down. more like a Gibson? I read the comments on how people change the chair with a bone bridge and vintage Gibson, nuts, nails and ropes. http://guitarsaddles.com/pricing.asp This site has parts I just mentioned.

Change equipment can help a little, but it will not change completely and High takes the tone of an instrument. I replaced the nut with bone, brass, and graphite and did not find much difference at all. In a low or an electric guitar, The Bridge is the most important and can affect the sound, acoustic guitars, but is less important. The best I can hope for is longer-or maybe a little more luster to their maximum with the mods that you mentioned. Look to see what they are, as a more dramatic effect on the sound hardware have.
