Sweeter Than A Melody
I walk by a blank sheet of music inspired to write,
Thinking that I can write beautiful music with your voice.
Making a masterpiece fit for a queen, your eyes give me the metaphors to describe the nature of your lust.
You move me without a single touch, the instruments you use to attract my attention only intrigues my curiosity.
So I have my ears clear, and opened up my soul to welcome the drums of your heart.
It is with your steps that brings the winds of a symphony, giving you the presence of something never seen on this earth .
Only the heavens can give the explanation on why your touch brings out the
Perfect strings of a forgotten Spanish guitar.
Within the depths of my conscience is where I will perfect the music of your sweet melody.

I think its pretty good.

Though…its a bit straight forward. This is completely a personal choice, and personal taste, but I prefer more vague poems. More…metaphors and descriptive terms. I’m trying to find the word. I’m not doing a very good job.

But like..as an example, if a poem said
“The green grass moves in the breeze”
i’d rather put
“The cool fingers of wind teach the blades to dance” or something like that…

you get what I mean?

But its good, really.
