spanish guitar masters

How long ta be long can I practice spanish guitar to be able to play like?
Jose Feliciano I’ve tried it blind-folded its still didn’t work…do I have to blind these eyes to be a master spanish guitar player?
Actually Jose feliciano was born blind and learned to play blind since he couldn’t go play outside like other kids. he would stay in his room 14 hours a day and just listen to music and practice playing the guitar so first i suggest you learn the chords which is what I did and the then learn the melody board and very single note on it then just do hand excercises to get strong hands and of course practice and learn the guitar terms.
