What’s a good latin guitar song to cover?

I’d like to cover a nice latin/salsa song with a nice melody for the guitar for a project for my spanish class! But I don’t know anything about this genre at all! Nothing too incredibly difficult, but I’ve been playing for 12 years so it doesn’t have to be really easy either. Anyone suggest some songs or artists?
