guitar wedding processional

The guitar for a wedding? Please help.?
I only a guitar player at my wedding, playing beautiful music As the procession begins, and then also the music for my entry (I am the wife). My mother said: "Oh no, you can not have a guitarist playing the song for his entrance, you need an organ or piano .. and I say, yes you can. Now I would ask you guys .. I? Do you this is appropriate? Then "Here Comes the Bride" or something similar will be played on a guitar? If not, why not a violin? I am excited with the piano at my wedding … I just want something less conventional.
It sounds wonderful. I read tons of books on etiquette wedding and I can not say I've never read you need a piano or organ when you walk around the island. If this is not flexible enough, but maybe you can adjust the music with an amplifier … do not know, I'm out of my reach at this. People remember his cause was just ceremonial a little different. Congratulations
