how much time do i have before sheriff locks me out ? (previously asked)?
ok, i live in Valley Center CA (san diego cnty) i came home 1 day bout 2 weeks ago, saw notice that house was being autioned off on April 16. I have alot of valuable sound gear and old guitars and an extensive record collection thats worth 1000′s. I have heard stories where sheriffs come and escort you out and dont let you get your stuff, i want to know if and when it takes place. i understand the house is being forclosed, i am renting here. who do i contact to find out when is my ultimatum to get out before facing sheriffs to be escorted out.
Obviously, either the sheriff or a lawyer, although it’s a little late for a lawyer.
