Can you help me find a way to give an acoustic guitar with electric tuner?

I have a Korg electric tuner. Ive tried tuning my guitar with him, but I still sounds bad to say that I have no talent to adjust to the ear. Every time I try adjust the strings are all different in the tuner. Example: I play the rope and said 6E 4G on the screen. Am I doing this wrong or bad tuner?
