Learn the basics of the guitar – 5 simple tips to start playing today!

1) Holding – These are really the basics of the guitar. The vast majority of guitarists are right handed, so this article is intended for them. The left-handed people should learn the guitar in two ways: either learn to play the right hand (one of my best friends do), or learn to play upside down and backwards, like Kurt Cobain and Jimi Hendrix. Anyway, do not despair not! Now, for skilled players, it is very simple. His right hand to hold the guitar selection and scrape the pace or pick individual notes, while his left hand forms the agreements or fingers every note on the fretboard. We will not go into the style of Van Halen hammer-ons or use the whammy bar or anything super advanced. Only focus on the training of each hand to do what you have to do for the moment that you learn the basics of the guitar.

Guitars 2) Handling – acoustic and electric are expensive and fragile. You do not have the money (or sponsorship) to crush them all on stage evenings, the fretboard with care. Keep your guitar player in a case if possible. A soft case works well with an electric guitar, a difficult case, but necessary for an acoustic guitar. We all know someone who has his guitar in a booth outside of your home. Bad idea. Any Who in the world can walk right and crush, tripping, hitting, throwing in a spill their food and drink on, "name-your guitar. A case can also protect against humidity and temperature variations that can distort the wild wood and metal oxide components. Get a case and use it! It is about learning the basics of guitar 101.

3) Tuning – almost every song you hear is written and performed with guitar on "E" setting (also called "normative"). You hear folks and people talking about death metal "open G and B tunings drop. Politely glance, focus on learning the basic guitar, then set your guitar standard thick as follows: string "E" (often called the bottom line that when you look down while you play, is at the top), second thickest string "A", the third thickest string to "D", thicker rope fourth "G", the channel thickness over the fifth B "and the thinnest string to" E "is exactly one octave higher than the E of" weak "first string. You can learn to control, heard or you can invest in an electronic tuner. Beginners should have an electronic tuner. Save it in your case.

4) Agreements – The seven major chords (A, most of the songs B, C, D, E, F, G) and about a million variations of these agreements. the use of these seven major chords, So unless you want to play jazz or something, you should start by learning these you learn the basics of the guitar. Need more space Here we show you the fingering of these agreements, it will be found elsewhere (hint: the blue link in my bio is a good place to start). As a beginner, just understand that there are agreements and the barre chords. Bar chords are major chords played with a "bar" (usually the index) the box full before the cable is formed. You can use what is called a capo is a small bar, furniture that is placed on a single box (they resemble giant tweezers).

5) Play – Once you know how to hold, manage and tune your guitar, and learned some of the major agreements, it's time to play. Nothing, I say nothing, you learn to play guitar faster or better than actually playing. Google arrangements of your favorite song and play. You do not even need to match with the scraping or alone. Try to identify the chord changes to develop the ear. Do not afraid of spoiling because they want to, again and again. Just keep playing and become more and more natural. After extensive research and implement changes in the line of time, you should try to learn to strum the rhythm and tempo. Once you get down, to broaden their knowledge in accordance with minor chords and seventh. Buy a course affordable, comprehensive guitar if you want to learn basic guitar. You can never play like gods guitar, but there is no reason that with a little practice and patience, you can not play the guitar as well as most people. Enjoy!
