guitar string winder

Am I missing anything that every guitar player should have?

I have these:

- Electric guitar
- Amplifier
- Lots of guitar picks
- Pack of strings
- Tuner
- Gig bag
- Guitar stand
- Music stand
- Metronome
- Extra whammy bar
- Guitar books by my favorite artists
- String winder/cutter
- Guitar training books

There’s probably more that I forgot to list… I know I don’t have a wah pedal yet, but I should be getting one soon.
Actually no, I’m not learning. I’ve been playing since September 2008. I’ve just been taking it every slowly because I’ve never had time to learn that much. But now I do!
I meant to say I’m not just learning.

Seems like you’re well stocked :-)

- I would add a capo to that list (very inspirational tool even for experienced players).
- Also some spare, lose, strings (E, B and G) in addition to your whole set.
- I do gather you have a strap?
- Strap locks may come in handy when you begin to rock out.
- Effect pedals, like a wah, overdrive/distortion and chorus.
- Proper tools to clean the strings, fretboard and guitar is really essential.
- Extra cables. The better cables sound so much better and last much longer.
- Spare guitar/s when you get really serious about it :-)
