Martin Backpacker or the Washburn Rover, which travel guitar is better? ?

The Backpacker isn’t all that much cheaper than the Rover, but the Rover looks like an ancient and cheesy lute.

At first, I wasn’t at all impressed with the sound the Backpacker produced, the clarity wasn’t there but I’m really concerned with the appearance of the guitar, like how cool it looks, but the sound is quite important.

My Washburn Rover is in the mail! I tried the Martin Backpacker and it just looked and felt cheaply made. Plus it was really uncomfortable (even with the strap!). I opted for the Rover because it’s shaped more like a guitar, more color options, and it got better reviews on Amazon and Musicians Friend.
