guitar martin acoustic

What acoustic guitar strings should i buy for my martin?
I feel the Martin strings i have are very hard to play guitar with. There just to hard to grip with and i they hurt my hands a lot… note im not very old im just a teenager that needs strings… I have a martin dx-1
If your hands hurt use strings with a lighter gauge, their easier on new fingers. Ask for 11 or 12 gauge strings when you go to the store.
