John And His “guitar Lesons [Sic]“: Learn Tp Play Like John
John’s “Guitar Lesons [sic]“
I met John again the other day. I heard his big booming voice echoing down mall haul long before I saw his large frame lumbering toward me. It was quite shock to see this huge man grinning and extending his meat hook hand for a firm, if not somewhat painful, hand shake. I had not seen John for about 10 years and the last time I had seen him, he was a scrawny little third grader with a big thick glasses, who was always writing to beg me to give him “guitar lesons [sic].”
I used to bring the guitar to class and plate for the students at times. John always enjoyed those moments and was soon begging me to teach him “guitar lesons [sic].” He would write me little notes after class asking for “guitar lesons [sic].”
No Time For “Guitar Lesons [sic}"
Just trying to cope with teaching a roomful of 3rd and 4th graders took up most of my time so i didn't see how i could fit in John's "guitar lesons [sic].” John became so desperate he would drag his mother in by hand and get hurt asked me to give him his precious “guitar lesons [sic].” Finally I gave in. After about three “guitar lesons [sic].” I realized it wouldn’t work because I just didn’t have the time. And that’s when I ran across a website that offered online video guitar lessons. I bookmarked the site and next time John drug his mother into the classroom to beg for a “guitar lesons [sic] I flipped open my laptop and showed her the website.

She signed John up at that website which cost a lot less than me teaching him individual “guitar lesons [sic]” and it didn’t take up any time after school. In fact, John could learn from the comfort of his own home, at any time he wanted to and have the teacher repeat the lesson as many times as he wanted to. Now John stood before me a grown man.
” John,” I said, ” how is the guitar playing?”
“You remember,” he said with a wry smile.
“How could I forget?” I rolled my eyes at him.
He smiled at me and reached into his briefcase and pulled out a CD and handed it to me. ” This is my first CD ” he said,” and I making another one even as we speak.” He went on to tell me how it is spare time he records guitar with a local studio as a studio musician and how he is hoping to make it his career someday.
