I’m sick of First Act brand electric guitar strings?
Twice, TWICE now that I’ve broken a one-week old string. It’s ticking me off so I need a new brand (The only reason I’ve been using First Act is because my dad buys them and he doesn’t know any better).
I need the best electric guitar strings for:
1. Frequent tuning changes
2. Bending & Vibrato
3. Harmonics (pinch and natural)
4. Durability & Strength
5. Hammer-ons & Pull-offs
Light guage is preferred.
I play a Fender Starcaster and I have 2 tuners (one by Fender, the other by Seiko), k?
Persuade your dad to take you to a reputable music store after you’ve explained to him your dilemma with cheap, poor strings.
Consult a guitar clerk/technician there at the store for the type of string you prefer. If you are going to play the guitar you need decent strings and your father must know this.
Many string brands await you; you will have to decide which of them all are best for you.
