Electric Guitar Exercises and Music Theory Websites?

Hey, I’m trying to get back into the electric after a 3 year hiatus. My music theory is probably around a decent beginner level. I’m looking for a website that has good electric guitar exercises and teaches some of the intermediate tricks like sweep picking. A site that teaches music theory would be nice to know too. Thanks
