What do you think of my new website design?

I have taken over the past three months is delivered with a new design for my site personal: If you ask www.sedativechunk.com, the name comes from my gamertag on Xbox Live randomly, I stayed for three years. Anyway, here is my new design so far (done in Photoshop CS3): http://xs134.xs.to/xs134/08013/new_layout121.png I spent a few hours on it and I already trying to find more content for Home. Meanwhile, what do you think of what I have done so far and what is the contents of helpful suggestions that could add to that? Tutorials section, I will be adding tutorials for web design, home networks, photoshop, programming, music programs, and so on. In the music section, I'll areas guitar tabs, videos of the guitar, and I do my own music. Ultimately, the site will be fully coded XHTML, CSS and PHP to integrate a forum and a gallery of photos on it. I have big plans for my site, I'm tired of looking like crap!
