Guitar Cleaner?

what can i use to clean my electrric guitar. its just dusty, is there any kind of home made polish i can use. or any at the store?

Personally I use Pledge furniture polish. It brings the woodwork up beautifully. Generally when I change my strings I give it a good spray and polish. It also works on the chrome work although don’t spray it on the pickups so as to avoid static. I have used it on all my guitars without any harmful effects and i have some expensive ones. I have three Fenders, one American, one 63 Reissue and one a1968 Telecaster, a Gretsch Duo Jet, a couple of jumbos and i used to have a Gibson ES335. All have had the Pledge treatment and poliched with one of those yellow dusters. If you like use Duraglit on the chromework.
