I have an Ibanez RG series electric guitar and when I change strings I have to tug and bend the strings to get it in tune, but when I do it pulls the bridge out of adjustment and I have to take it to a guitar tech to have it readjusted. How can I keep this from happening?

Replace and stretch one string at a time.
