gibson guitar identifying

Can anybody identify this GIBSON guitar by its serial number?…?
it is stamped 94019290 USA and looks like ES 775 or 225?…hand written a a lable inside…the guitar is a single’sharp’ cutaway with switch in the les paul position and has wooden control knobs and 2 gold humbucking pickups,and gold tulip type machine heads???…
good site but confusing?
With two pick-ups, it’s an ES775.
