Are fender electric guitars classified as good quality?
Hi Monday
Fender have been around for ages and are the pionners in top-notch electric guitar along with gibson. I am a Les Paul guy and, I love the Fender feel but not really the sound. So I purchased a Jackson which is almost the same look but with a better response.
Having said this, I do own an old ’62 Stratocaster and if I compare to the newer model ???
Sorry …..but the new ones are not as well made as the old one. Even if they have vintage wood, it is never the same thing as if you play a guitar for 30 years and it ages accordingly.
Any quality guitar vibrates as you play and when they say that anything aged is better like wine. It is true.
If you are in the market to but one, get a vintage or american made or better still, check ebay and get a second hand which is what i did years ago.
