How to travel with an electric guitar?
In June, my sisters, dad, and I will be visiting Boston. My sister needs to bring her French horn. Otherwise, her tone will be messed up. My sister plans to bring her trumpet, but me bringing my instrument could make it difficult. We will travel in my dad’s 2006 Chrysler Sebring. Those cars aren’t that big. My mom needs her van for other things. Our suitcases will go in the trunk. By that time, my guitar lessons will be up and running, and I will need to practice. I may or may not have a miniature amp by that time. My dad says we could probably fit my guitar in the car, but if not, one week away from the guitar won’t kill me. Is he right?
Even if you cant bring your guitar ,yes one week wont hurt you,In the mean time you can still work on finger exercises that will help build your muscles and the dexterity of your fingers.Also maybe pick a book up and read on chord structures or scale exercises.By doing these two things alone you should be able to tell a difference next time you pick up the ‘ol ax.Hope this helps.
