GUITAR EXPERTS! need some help!?

hey guys,i need some help. im looking into buying a 7 string guitar and i ran into a guitar that is a double neck [6+7] by galveston. its price is pretty low and that is where im thinking somethings up. heres the link to check it out. help please!

and i cant tell if the action on this one is pretty low, which is what i like on a guitar.

the guitar is priced to move because the original price was $600+
also you can adjust the action on any guitar by tightining or losining the truss rod or taking it to the shop.
it seems like a pretty decent guitar but if you want a seven string i wouldnt get a doubleneck.
doublenecks are pretty heavy and will wear you out faster and are mostly for looks.
you can get a pretty decent 7 string for about the same price.
