GX-15 Amplifier Setup (Electric Guitar)?

I just got an Epiphone LP Junior Special Electric Guitar and an GX-15 Amplifier with it. The controls on the amp have Overdrive (Gain & Level) And Clean/ Equalization with Low, Mid, & High. I’m a complete beginner and can’t properly tune my guitar if the amp isn’t correct. Please help!

lol! don’t worry,,,,for the clearest tuning…set your amp to clean, that way you can here the harmonics better don’t worry about overdrive yet
