What kind of guitar is this?

The guitar is an old Hollowbody Electric. It has a Gibson decal on it but it is not a Gibson. Here are links to three photos of the guitar. What would it be worth, seeing as how I would have to put all new hardware and pickups on it.

It looks like a Gibson Byrdland. If it’s real it might be worth fixing up. Contact a good vintage instruments store like Mandolin Brothers or Elderly Instruments. You will need better pictures.
