Suggestions needed for a child’s electric guitar. She’ll be 8 real soon. What about one that has built in amp?

Child is a girl. I want a guitar that has a good reputation, but not too expensive. 3/4 or 1/2 size?

Start off with an acoustic(non electric) if she is a beginner.

Go to a store and try out the various sizes.

Nylon strings are gentler on her fingers rather than steel.
