classical guitar greats
What is the BEST classical guitar brand out there?
I am looking into buying a really nice classical guitar that will last me a lifetime. If you know any great brands out there please let me know. Im willing to spend around 1000-4000 dollars big price gap, i know, but of course if its quality and cheap that would be great. If Hofner from Germany is the best that would also be nice to know. Thanks in advance guys

Each ‘‘luthier’’ make guitars with different sound qualities and a person may or may not like these qualities, it depends on the person.
The most expensive luthier now is the French Daniel Friederich who sells his guitars for $60K. After him comes the German Matthew Dammann who seels a guitar for $45K.
The oldest company and the most famous name, however, is José Ramírez. And right after them there is Conde Hermanos. Although classicals as well, Conde Hermanos are the most famous name in flamenco guitars history.
Too famous names will be really overpriced in your price range. But I think famous names like Contreras, Téodoro Pérez, Kenny Hill, Loriente are all great!!!!
