Sandy Brown bring the classical theme Bach to Manchester
Sandy Brown Associates, one of the world’s leading consultants in acoustics and long term office client at Abbey Business Centres in Manchester, have recently completed a landmark music hall design project on behalf of the Manchester International Festival 2009.
Working in partnership with Zaha Hadid Architects, Sandy Brown Associates have constructed a unique chamber music hall that has been specially designed to house solo performances of the exquisite music of JS Bach.
Born in Eisenach, Germany in 1685, JS Bach is regarded as one of the most influential and famous composers of all time. Renowned for his spectacular ability to play the organ, Bach’s most famous work’s include the Brandenburg Concertos, the Passacaglia and Fugue in C minor and the Well-Tempered Clavier. Bach himself died in 1750 but Sandy Brown’s wonderful music chamber will bring his music to a truly impressive stage.
