Cleaning mildew off/inside an acoustic guitar?

How do I clean an acoustic guitar that was caught in some basement flooding? It looks structurally fine, just has a bit of mildew on it and inside (the smell is strongest coming from the porthole). It’s just a crappy entry-level guitar, but I have a friend who’d be so happy to play it.

Try a soft cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol,immediately dry it off. This is the only thing I can think of. Don’t get it to wet as it will damage the finish,but you do need to use something to kill the mold spores. Good Luck! =)
